I enjoy cooking because I like food. I enjoy tastes, I like flavours and these days, I even am opened to trying new receipts.

I adore cooking for other people (I only cook for people I love) because I feel like I'm really taking care of them.

However, there's always a favourite part when cooking a special receipe. When I'm making pancakes with ragu and sour cream, I love eating the first pancake - it's so soft and warm and puffy... tonight, the main reason for cooking fish was the rest of the 33 cl of wine I had after using a glass for the sauce !

I haven't been drinking alone in a while, but I swear, I am having a good time, even though I'm posting when I should be sleeping - I've got a damn killer week at work, that's for sure! Oh, who cares, that's tomorrow!

I bake a little but I like to cook on the stove top and grill a lot. I'll usually not follow a recipe but just throw in what I think will taste good. Most times it comes out good and sometimes it comes out great.
