I am a mom that has done her fair share of diaper changing. I officially have no children in diapers anymore and I can’t be more happy. Not only is my son finally a Big Boy, this mom doesn’t have to waste any more money buying diapers and wipes.
With each of my children I tried to buy the generic diapers to save money. The generic diapers also seemed to give my babies a rash so I avoided using them and saved diaper coupons as a way to save money. So with all my children, I went with name brand diapers for years. With my last child, Seventh Generation came out with diapers. I had been a fan of Seventh Generation’s cleaning products and was excited when they came out with a line of diapers.
Here is some information I would like to share about the Seventh Generation baby products:
- NEW Overnight Diapers are absorbent enough to keep your baby and bedding dry through the night or during prolonged travel
- Free & Clear diapers have improved more flexible tabs that provide even better fit
- Free & Clear training pants have an absorbent core made with more renewable, plant-based materials. They also feature stretchy, tear away side panels for a better fit and added convenience, as well as inner leak barriers for superior leakage protection
- Products do not contain chlorine, fragrance, petroleum-based lotions or latex, and all Free & Clear products are also hypo-allergenic
What is also neat is that last month Seventh Generation came out with limited edition Lorax prints on their diapers and training pants. The prints have been designed to help remind parents and caregivers of the lessons of The Lorax and encourage family reading and environmental awareness.

We use cloth more than half the time, but when we do disposables, it’s usually Seventh Generation. (Huggies work well, too, but aren’t so planet- or baby-friendly.)
Tami says
I have never tried seventh generation. I’m not sure they sell them yet where I live. But I’ll be in the lookout! I currently use luvs. I was a Huggies lover before that.
