Out of everyone if my family, I probably drink the most water. I used to like to drink soda everyday until I learned just how many calories are in a can of soda and how long I would have to walk on the treadmill to burn it off. I don’t really like to drink milk unless I am eating cereal and juices tend to have the calories in them that I want to avoid. So all day you will usually find me drinking ice water.
