Just this month I watched the entire Revenge Season One on DVD in just a few days. There was an actual day where I watched the show from when I woke up until it was time to go to bed. I don’t normally get hooked on TV shows, but this one is good. It is these kind of shows that make me love being able to buy the whole season on DVD. When I am watching something on TV, I normally don’t like the “To Be Continued” kind of shows so I like to be able to have access to all of the episodes and watch them all at once or at my own leisure.
The Alexandre Dumas novel The Count of Monte Cristo inspires this modern-day drama about a lovely young woman who moves to the Hamptons and charms the pants off her new neighbors — while plotting their downfall for sins committed against her family.
This show has me hooked and I am really anxious for season two to start this Sunday. I have my DVR set to record. If you are looking for something new and good to watch, be sure to tune in on Sunday too!
If you have never heard of this show, take a peek at this video below and you might be a little intrigued to watch it as well.
I can’t wait to see what will happen on Sunday! Now that the new season is starting I guess I will have to wait each week for a new episode but it will be worth it.
Will you be watching too?
Disclosure – I received a copy of Revenge Season One to provide you with this review. This post is not a paid post and the opinions stated herein are 100% my own.

I saw the commercials when this was first coming out and I was never able to catch it. I would have to watch the complete first season to watch this season :/ that’s too much work

By the time I heard about this, the season had ended. But I was super interested and then forgot again. Picking up the DVD would be great. I could watch it and catch up while I work!

My daughter got me into Revenge in the middle of season one. I went over to visit after I got off work at DISH one night, and she turned it on after dinner. I ended staying way later than I planned because she had the first half of the season saved on her Hopper DVR. It has enough recording space that she was saving the entire series, which was awesome for me since I basically got caught up in one night. Now I’m hooked, and I have my Hopper set to record all of season two. Last night’s premiere was a great start, too, they changed up the storyline while keeping all the things I love about ruthless, brilliant Emily Thorn.
