Even though I am not a huge fan of football, I do watch it on TV on occasions. For instance, I usually watch the Superbowl every year. We usually will have friends and family over, or watch the game at a friends. The Superbowl is a great reason to hang out, eat food and watch the ever so popular game of football. I have found after watching a football game at a stadium is way better than watching a game on a TV set. Since we live in California, the San Francisco 49ers have always seemed to be the family’s favorite team, even the grandparents got the little ones saying “go niners”.
This year Clorox is putting a little twist on our football season. This year Clorox is hosting a real life Clorox Toilet Bowl in New Orleans. They currently have a contest in search for players for this game. To enter the contest to try to become a player in the Clorox Toilet Bowl, you have to visit the Ode To The Commode on Facebook. They will have two finalists which will get an invitation to New Orleans that includes nine of their teammates. The Clorox Toilet Bowl is on January 13, 2011 so be sure to mark your calendars.
Thanks to Mom Central, I am receiving a toilet wand and football for writing this post. Guess what? One of my lucky readers is going to receive a toilet wand and football too.

Favorite holiday football tradition is to go to the local high school rivalry game, tailgate, and watch the game. Then go home and nap in the afternoon!

We don’t really have any holiday football traditions other than the fact that it gets put on, no one really watches it. My favorite college team is Ohio State and my favorite NFL team is the LIons…even though they suck.
