When it comes to meals for my family, I prefer to cook home cooked meals as often as possible. For  me, I like coming up with different creations that I know my family will enjoy. For this meal, it included the chicken breasts in which I had to stuff with some Ricotta cheese with pesto sauce and wrap it up with some Prosciutto. This dish came out delicious and I thought it was a big time saver to have all the ingredients in a box ready for me. This recipe allowed me to step out of the box though and now I know how to make stuffed chicken breasts!
