One thing that I cook often is chicken. It is a meat that I can cook with no complaints. When I heard about Progresso having a new product that I could use with chicken, I was excited. Since I cook chicken quite often, I love finding different ways to make it taste different. Thanks to MyBlogSpark, I was able to try the Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko Bread Crumbs.
Progresso now has their Lemon Pepper Panko Bread Crumbs that definitely will give your chicken, salmon or whatever meat you want to use it with that tasty extra punch! I chose to use it with chicken of course. I normally keep lemon pepper as a staple in my pantry, so this was PERFECT. It gave the chicken a delicious crunchy and flaky coating that my whole family enjoyed.
I am not the only one that LOVES the Progresso Lemon Pepper Panko. Chef Michael Chiarello also uses panko as is go-to-bread crumb. Chiarello is an Emmy-award TV chef, cookbook author as well as the the tastemaker behind Bottega Napa Valley Restaurant, NapaStyle and Chiarello Family Vineyards. Chef Michael Chiarello appears on The Cooking Channel and Top Chef Masters on the Bravo channel.
