For those of you with school aged children, the new school might have started already or might be starting soon! All four of my children officially started the new school year last Thursday and have enjoyed putting together new looks with their new school clothes each day.
This year my daughter Hannah has a new received a new dress from Lolly Wolly Doodle that she LOVES to wear. I received this cute dress for review and she wore it to our tea party we hosted this month because there was no way she was waiting for school to start to wear it.
When I opened the package and seen the dress, I knew Hannah was going to love it. She is one of those girls that enjoys dressing up in dresses and getting pretty. I was also impressed on the quality of the dress as well as the size. With my daughter is is sometimes hard finding clothes that fit her shape. This dress fits and has room for growth.
What makes this dress even more special is the monogram on the front. This dress was customized with Hannah’s initials in cute pink scripture.

I used to order a ton of stuff from Lolly Wolly Doodle but recently their quality and customer service have gone into the toilet. What is supposed to take 2-4 weeks takes more like 2-4 MONTHS. Sizing is inconsistent, the materials are not nearly as nice as they once were, things shrink horribly and don’t even try to contact customer service because they either send back snotty messages or just totally ignore you. Buyer beware!

If you check out the BBB website, Lolly Wolly Doodle has an F rating. Lots of complaints from people who did not receive their items until several weeks after the 2-4 weeks time frame they claim. I also saw several complaints on other review sites that say the labels say the clothes are actually made in China, and not hand-made locally as they claim. People are saying they are cheaply made, and flawed, and manufactured. It’s a shame they get by, scamming people into thinking they are hand-made unique clothing, made by a family who started on their sewing machine at home. If you want cute hand-made clothing, people should go to ebay or etsy,
