I live in the suburbs and I happened to be the first house on my street. When it comes to our grass and our curb appeal, my husband is on top of it. It is very important to him to try his best to make our lawn the best on the street. In order to have a nice lawn that looks appealing you have to give it the proper lawn care. My husband is constantly watering the lawn, mowing the lawn, edging the lawn and doing whatever other magic he does to make my lawn and rose bushes look pretty!
For those of you that got a lawn that needs some love, I want to share this neat infographic from TruGreen.
I have a confession…. I have only mowed our lawn once. I attempted to mow our lawn when we first bought our house and broke the lawnmower. After that incident, this was no longer a chore I was going to signup for. I enjoy watering the lawn, especially on cool summer nights but I don’t deal with the lawn mower.
Making sure you keep your lawn properly watered every summer is very important to keep it healthy. For those interested in learning more about summer water care, watch this video from TruGreen below:

This sounds like a nice service. I have to say that I am tired of doing all of our lawn stuff on our own and a service like this would be helpful.

we had 24 white pines cut down for safety reasons along our sideyard last winter π

Very good tips. We’ve used them in the past, they can be a bit pricey so i usually wait for their specials.
