In just a little over 3 weeks it will be Halloween and lots of ghosts and goblins will be knocking on our doors asking for tricks or treats. If you have children, are they dressing up this year? We haven’t got costumes yet but my kids already know what they want to dress up as.
For those that are looking for something unique, the Spoonful website has a Paper Doll Costume in their crafts section on their site that I think is a really cool idea. I remember when I was a little girl, I LOVED playing with paper dolls.
Here are the supplies that you will need for this project:
- diagrams and templates
- poster board
- paint
- black marker
- headband
- duct tape
- foam core
- hot glue (an adult’s job)
- elastic and Velcro straps
- white t-shirt and shorts (concealed by the costume)
- frilly socks and Mary Janes
