The Activision Family Game Summit was today and I really enjoyed it. I was excited to see Korrie Robertson from Duck Dynasty talk about her thoughts about gaming. I was even more excited to learn about the latest Activision games and even see how they work. Now I wasn’t in NYC watching it live but it was just as fun watching from home.
The Activision Family Game Summit went by really fast and it was fun interacting with all the fans on Twitter. During this event we learned about all of these FUN games from Activision that your kids will be asking for. These games will also be party of my upcoming Holiday Gift Guide that will be coming out next week.
All of these games look fun but I am really excited to see my son play the new Skylanders Swap Force. He currently loves his Skylanders and after seeing a demo today of the new game, I am going to have one happy boy when get finds out I have the game in my closet!
For those of you Star Wars fans, take a peek at the Angry Bird Darth Vader character from the new game.
One thing I want to mention to everyone that I found helpful today for those that hav kids that play games is the ESRB website and app. If you monitor your child’s video games before you purchase them to find out what age range they are suited for you will want to have this app. You can find out more by visiting: www.esrb.org.

Looks like an amazing event and I love the games coming out. My little cousins are crazy about Angry Birds. The game caught my eye right away. 🙂
