Just this last October I decided to downgrade my cable service. I went from watching my shows that I recorded on my DVR to watching my shows and their latest episodes on HuluPlus. Since I have been in school full time and the kids are back in school, I didn’t think it was necessary to have a huge cable bill.
But after watching the trailer for the series Masters Of Sex on Showtime, I think I might regret getting rid of the cable box.
For those that haven’t heard about the show…
Masters of Sex is an American television drama series on Showtime. It was developed by Michelle Ashford and based on Thomas Maier’s biography Masters of Sex: The Life and Times of William Masters and Virginia Johnson, the Couple Who Taught America How to Love. When it comes to watching TV, I like to find a good series that I can look forward to watching each week. This show definitely looks interesting! Watch the trailer above to see for yourself.

I’ve never heard of this series, sounds a little racy! But it would be interesting to see how the two of them came about to come out with their study and landmark book!
I have not heard of this story. We do not have Showtime either. I might have to check it out if it comes to Netflix.
well i am about to be in your same boat. we are cutting the cable OFF completely. comcast is ripping us off. we are currently using Netflix and Apple TV. We are going to subscrible Huluplus. try http://www.tvonline.cc the have over 500 shows for free (from what i’ve been told).
i just hope i can find out if Iyanla Fix My Life is available on any of those services.
I kept seeing the previews for this after Ray Donovan, I need to finally get around to checking it out!

I have heard of this show but I don’t get premium channels such as HBO and Showtime. I have heard that it was a good show and I hope to catch it when they have a free preview weekend,
I watched a few episodes of the show and while I can’t say I got hooked, I definitely found it enjoyable. I didn’t think it was too racy (except for maybe one scene early on).

My husband likes this show but I have yet to find something that Wow’s me enough to keep me continuing to watch it. LOL He probably likes all the boobies and naughty scenes.
I haven’t seen this show, but I did just read an article about one of the show’s actors. He made a comment about how you never really feel comfortable discussing some of these things, and now people think he’s the expert! Ha! Sounds like an interesting series on showtime.
While I do think that they could have come up with a better name, the show does look intriguing.
