Are you doing anything special for Superbowl Sunday? I have to admit that I am not that big of a fan of football, but I do enjoy watching the Superbowl. My favorite part of Superbowl Sunday is all the commercials and ads that you will see and of course all the YUMMY food that football fans spoil their guests with. Normally I don’t care for commercials, but it is always fun watching what companies shelled out the big bucks to promote their brand during the breaks.
There seems to be some sort of compact car conspiracy going around. There are theories that consumers are being brainwashed into buying compact cars and then suffering through the lack of leg and foot room and especially style.
Take a peek at this video:
If you are going to be watching Superbowl XLV? I am going to be recording it on my DVR so I can go back and re-watch the commercials that I miss. I always miss some of them every year and wish I could hit rewind. This year Hyundai has created a campaign called their “Snap Out Of It” campaign that will be aired during the Superbowl that I will be looking out for.
And you thought you seen it all…. Have you seen sheep that drive?
What is my thoughts of compact cars? Well I believe there are the good ones and then their are the bad ones. I don’t own a compact car, but after renting a Hyundai two times last summer for our family vacations, I know favor compact cars. I actually didn’t want to turn the car back in and was thinking of buying a Hyundai. Why? Many reasons, but the most was I found the Hyundai to be a safe compact car. I was rear-ended last summer in my rental by a person going FAST. When I got hit, I thought the back of this car was going to be totaled. To my surprise, the bumper barely had any damage and I was able to continue on my vacation to Universal Studios. Since last summer I am a big fan of Hyundai even though I don’t own one (yet)….
What are your thoughts of this whole compact car conspiracy theory?

Stefani,
Glad to hear that you weren’t injured in that accident and thanks for posting about this unique campaign. The battle against the Compact Car Conspiracy continues with Hyundai’s most recent advertisement using a myriad of retro compact car ads to drive the point home that it’s time to “Snap Out Of It” !!!
Enjoy this
