TRANSFORMERS: Age Of Extinction In Theaters Friday (#TransformersMovie)

Back when I was a little girl I played with Barbies, Smurfs, Carebears and Strawberry Shortcake. Now that I am a mom with a son, I am more into the boy stuff like video games, Hot Wheels and cool robots like the TRANSFORMERS. I never really cared too much for the Transformer cartoons but in 2007 when they came out with the first Transformers movie, I LOVED it. I enjoy a movie with action and the Transformers movies are full of it.

I was excited last year when I got to meet Optimus Prime in Chicago and get a picture with the noble leader of the Autobots! Everytime I look at this picture I hear “I am Optimus Prime”. I know my son thought it was neat when mom showed him a picture with one of his favorite robots.

So if you haven’t heard yet, there is a new Transformer movies about to hit the theaters in two days called Transformers: Age of Extinction. This is the 4th movie in the Transformer franchise and what makes this one more special to me is the eye candy in the movie. Ladies this Transformer movie includes Mark Wahlberg! I know you might have been excited in the last movie since it included Josh Duhamel but this one has one of my favorite actors! I have been a fan of Mark Wahlberg since his Markie Mark days when I was in junior high when he was singing “Hanging Tough”.

I am really excited to see this movie this weekend. For those with small children, this movie is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi violence and action, language and brief innuendo. My husband and I don’t always agree on movies but I know this will be a movie that we both can enjoy.
