Earlier this month when we went to watch the Transformers movie we seen the preview for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that will be in theaters next month and it looks GOOD. My family happens to be fans of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters and even named our two dogs after two of the characters. It started with our first dog being named Master Splinter. When we got our second dog we wanted to stay in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle theme and named our female dog Venus.
So about this new cool Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie coming out. This is NOT a cartoon like you may be thinking, these turtles look real and the movie looks like it is FUN and very action packed. Paramount Pictures looks like they have done a great job with this film, take a peek at the trailer below:
In this upcoming movie, darkness has settled over the city of New York because of Shredder and his EVIL Foot Clan who have an iron grip on everything and everyone from their police to their politicians. Luckily the turtle brothers rise from the sewers, find out what is going on and discover their destiny as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and work with a fearless reporter to save their city from disaster.
All four of my children have grown watching the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but I think my son who is my my youngest has shown the most interest. These turtles were even around when I was a child in the 80’s. These Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have some super cool ninja moves, they like to skateboard and they LOVE pizza just like he does. Even though he doesn’t have brothers, he does have three older sisters which forms a team of four just like the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle brothers. My son tells his sisters on a daily basis that he loves them and when they are gone, he can’t wait for them to get home. For us, family is important and I think these characters are great for kids because they display a brotherhood or family type bond that is important for children growing up.
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: August 8, in theaters and RealD 3D
