“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Mom Central for Save Mart Supermarkets. I received Thomas Cookware items to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.”
For those that have a Save Mart Supermarket near, they have started a promotion for free cookware like I remember from my childhood. Now until January 20, 2015, every time you spend $10 you will receive a bonus stamp that can be applied towards a new and FREE Thomas fry pan, grill pan, sauce pan or maybe even a casserole pan.
As many of you already know I really enjoy cooking. I also really love the idea of earning free Thomas Cook & Pour cookware just for shopping for everyday groceries. There are nine different pieces that you can choose to save your bonus stamps for. Six of the nine you can get completely free just for saving a certain amount of stamps while there are three that you have to pay a small amount of $4.99 – $5.99 in addition to the bonus stamps.
If you have saved some stamps and don’t want to wait, each of the nine pieces allows you to get a great deal on the cookware by using half the amount of bonus stamps. For example, you can get the Thomas Casserole Pan with Glass Lid for free with 100Bonus Stamps. Or you can choose to only use 50 bonus stamps and pay $11.99 for the pan.
I made a trip to the the Save Mart that is closest to me to pickup a couple of the Thomas Cookware items. I have to say that I LOVE Save Mart and wish I had one closer. Not only do I like their low prices, they always seem to have a great selection of products in the bakery and produce isle that I don’t see at other stores I shop at. Now that I can earn some nice cookware I think I should be doing most of my shopping at Save Mart.
Ever since I used non-stick cookware I can’t go back. I use skillets and fry pans almost daily and have been enjoying using my new Thomas Nonstick Fry Pan. It is stainless steel, 10″ wide and has a DuPont Teflon non-stick coating to keep my food from sticking and also easy cleaning.
I have the 10″ fry pan as well as the Thomas Sauce Pan that is going to come in real handy when I am making pasta and yummy sauces. I now really want the other pieces to this collection, especially the 11″ Thomas Nonstick Grill Pan. I love that with this collection has been designed to go straight from the stove to the oven!
The Cook & Pour collection by Thomas is available exclusively at participating Save Mart and Lucky Supermarkets. To start your Thomas Cook & Pour collection you got to get shopping at Save Mart and saving those bonus stamps.
If you aren’t a big fan of cooking but shop at Save Mart, the Thomas Cook & Pour collection would make for a great gift for the holidays too! For more information be sure to visit: www.SaveMart.com.

Those look nice! We don’t have a SaveMart here in NJ unfortunately.
Heather says
Those look like beautiful pots and pans, although I don’t think I’ll ever by Teflon again, tired of the flakes that come off. I’d rather ceramic. But that’s just me.

We don’t have Save Mart’s here in Massachusetts, but that is an awesome deal if you ask me. I wish one of the stores around here would do this.

I love when stores do these promos. Makes you want to shop a bit more to collect every piece

We do not have one here or I would definitely be doing this. I got my last set of pots and pans from something similar.

I love when stores do stuff like this! It always makes me think of the good old days with the S&P stamps! I think I just admitted to being super old 😉
April says
This looks awesome. I need new cooking stuff.
Alicia says
I just earned 2 pans but now concerned about using them because the Teflon can give off toxins when heated too high. 🙁 The last think I want is to add more toxic chemicals to my kids and my family.

I filled my book with all the stickers needed to get the first 6 pans free and since I completed up to 120, I was planning in getting a seventh pot by paying the additional price. The save mart checker told me I could not redeem said 120 stickers. She is telling me I can only only get ONE free pot with the 70 stickers and then pay the additional $5.99 for the extra pot. This is false advertising!

Another thing they neglect to tell you is they charge you sales tax based on their stated “value’ of the item, not what you actually pay for it. I did not pay attention to stated value Save Mart claims during the promotion as store will always inflate values to make it look like you’re getting a great deal. I was totally shocked to be charged tax on $99 and $109 for two items I spent less than $10 for. The tax was more than the cost of the pans. What total BS. Sales tax is based on the amount you spend, not on estimated values (you can find better cookware at less than half of SM estimated value everywhere on the internet and in other local stores). I will NEVER shop at Save Mart again after being customer for over 12 years.
