Learning More About Finding Dory In Monterey #FindingDoryEvent

I am excited to announce that I will be taking a trip to Monterey, CA next week to learn more about the upcoming film Finding Dory from Disney & Pixar and more…

In June Walt Disney Pictures will release Finding Dory that is the sequel to Finding Nemo. This new story takes place six months after Finding Nemo where Dory (the friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish) suddenly recalls her childhood memories and misses her family. With the help of Nemo and Marlin they go on a mission to reunite Dory with her love ones and also learning a few things on the way.

While in Monterey for this event we will visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium which happens to be one of the locations used for the backdrops. In this film Dory remembers “the jewel of Monterey California” and on her mission to find her family she arrives at the Monterey Marine Life Institute where she meets Bailey the white beluga whale, Destiny a whale shark and Hank the octopus that becomes her guide.

I don’t know the full details of this exciting trip yet but I know we will be learning more about this exciting new film so I can share the details with you and also take a VIP tour of the Monterey Bay Aquarium which I am really looking forward to. While I live in California, I have only been to the aquarium once when I was a kid and have always wanted to go back.
