One thing about pasta is you can make so many different dishes with it. Last night I asked my daughter what she wanted for dinner and she said something with pesto! I went to the store, grabbed a few things and went home to make a delicious and easy pesto side dish to go with my chicken I was making in my Instant Pot.
Making this pesto pasta is EASY! You will need some Farfalle pasta (bowtie), some pesto, some heavy cream and some cooking oil. This is a recipe that you can make in about 20 minutes or LESS!
You can eat it as just a side dish on your plate or throw in some cut up chicken breast to make it a meal. When I made this pasta I bought the pre-made pesto that I found in the deli at the grocery store. You can also buy it in a jar usually in the isle with the spaghetti sauce or you can made your own homemade pesto sauce too!
