Food in cute packaging always seems to get my attention. I recently received a box from TokyoTreat and I was so excited to open the box to see what was inside. I find subscription boxes really FUN to open and my daughter Hannah was almost as excited if not more which made opening the box even more fun.
The TokyoTreat boxes are available for purchase in two different sizes (Classic & Premium). I received a Premium Tokyo Treat Box that was FULL of goodies that included:
- Peach Coca-Cola
- Sweet Sake Kit Kats
- Sakura Shrimp Potato Ring Party Pack
- Anpanman Festival Rice Puffs
- Melon Bread Cookie
- Sakura Marshmallows
- Shimi Choco Corn – Milky Red Bean
- Chocolate Kinako Mochi DIY
- Ginger Tea Hard Candy
- Puccho Gummy – Hoppe-Chan Cherry
- Salty Split Pea Sticks
- Sweet Soy Sauce Cracker Share Pack
- Veggie Salad Umaibo
- Squid Jerky
Even though I opened the box the day that I received it, I waited until our family movie night to actually dig in the box to try the treats! My daughter’s first thing that she wanted to try was the Puccho Gummy candies that were sweet and sour which were really tasty. What is neat about this one is once you are done with the candy, the cap can be used as a fun toy!
I was honestly excited to try everything in this box! I also LOVE being able to try Japanese soda that we do not have here in the US. With this box I received Peach Coca-Cola but I want another box that comes with a bottle of the Japanese Pepsi!
One of my favorites from the box is the Sweet Sake Kit Kats! When I first looked at them I didn’t think I was going to like them. My daughter tried one first and told me that they were really good and that I had to try one. These are really good which has me wondering why they don’t sell these everywhere.
