When it comes to the comic scene I am the biggest fan in my family. I actually started collecting comics when I was a kid and still have some of mine from the 80’s. My favorite is the Marvel comics with Captain America being my FAV! Last night I attended the first night of the Fandemic Tour Sacramento which was fun and I even came home with a few comics, a free t-shirt I won and more!
There is a lot to see at the Fandemic Tour for the comic, pop-culture and cosplay fans! I made about 3 trips around the convention center to make sure I seen everything there was to see. Here is just a glimpse of the things that I seen… (I took 231 photos but sharing just some of my favs)
Signed comic prints for only $10
Mystery Boxes! I was tempted to buy one or two!
Cute plush dolls and squishes!
Fans in costumes having fun!
Plenty of Funko Pop figures!
Harley Quinn costumes!
BOXES & BOXES of comics!
Plenty of stuff for the Marvel fans like me!
Celebrities interacting with their fans!
One of my favorite things about these comic conventions is the opportunity to meet the celebrities! These events are sometimes a once in a lifetime opportunity for a fan to connect with their favorite celeb. The Fandemic Tour offers VIP packages, Photo Opps and Autograph opps that are an additional cost to the purchase of the Fandemic Tour ticket but worth it if you are going to meet your favorite star!
I am a Marvel fan and LOVE my Guardians Of The Galaxy. Last night I seen Michael Rooker who plays Yondu interacting with one of his fans which made me SMILE! These photos didn’t cost me a dime to take so don’t think you don’t have the opportunity to see celebrity if you don’t buy one of the VIP packages. They may even wave or smile at you!
I also seen John Schneider who played “Bo” on The Dukes Of Hazzard and “Jonathan Kent” on Smallsville. I was able too grab a few photos!
I even got to snap a quick photo of Charisma Carpenter, Holly Marie Combs and Clare Kramer all posing together for a photo for a fan. If you look Charisma Carpenter was looking at me taking her photo. 🙂
This was just some of MANY of the things and people you will see at Fandemic Tour Sacramento! There is still time to go today or tomorrow!
