Mother’s Day Celebration
Date: May 10th
Location: HOPE Center (631 Eleanor Avenue)
Come enjoy some rest and relaxation at this event celebrating Mother’s Day. The $45 ticket includes a rose, the paint night experience, a goody bag with accessories, dinner and wine. With local vendors selling goods, it will be easy to spoil yourself or the special lady in your life. Proceeds will benefit the HOPE center.

Sacramento Fry Fest
Date: May 11th:
Location: Roosevelt Park (1615 9th Street)
The whole family will enjoy this french fry festival at Roosevelt Park. Over a dozen local cooks will be making their own unique loaded french fry dishes ranging from sweet to savory. You get to help decide who will win the People’s Choice Favorite at the end of the night. There will be live music, craft beer and cider at the beer garden, a local makers bazaar, and a kids zone.
