One thing that hurts my heart is when my kids don’t feel well. When they don’t feel well, I don’t feel well. One thing that I have found handy this year is being able to talk to a doctor for advice about my kids without even having to leave my house.

Once I selected the physician I wanted to speak with, a video chat popped up where I was able to talk live the the Amwell doctor about a question I had about my son. I used my desktop computer that has a video camera but you can as easily use the service using your smartphone, iPad or tablet. You just need to install their app!

The physician was helpful and able to answer the questions that I had. What I also like is that that I had the option to save our chat session so that I can retrieve it later.
