It is so important to stay hydrated! Luckily I have always been a fan of drinking water since I was a kid. My mom always encouraged me to drink water so that is what I have always done and encourage my kids to do the same. The latest trend that my kids have been wanting to follow is having a cool water bottle. My daughters have their Hydro Flasks but this mom has her pretty Kiona Lilac Water Bottle from Zak Designs that I think is even better!

One of my favorite ways to drink water is COLD! I love ice water and I fill my Kiona Water Bottle first with ice and then water that lasts for OVER 24 hours. Most of the water bottles in the past that I have used would never have lasted over a day! My daughter also mentioned that my water bottle seems to keep my water colder longer than hers!…
