One of the things that I remember cooking for myself as a teen was ramen noodles! It was easy to cook and my mom always made sure to have some in the pantry for me to grab when I got home from school. My favorite was always the chicken flavored ramen and I always ate it plain. Now with the internet and it’s millions of recipes you can browse, one can really get creative with ramen noodles!

I have always had a love for noodles since I could remember. My first favorite noodle was spaghetti when I was young because the noodles where fun to eat. Then ramen was my favorite noodle as a teenager because it was easy to make and you could get creative if you wanted to. Now there are many noodles that I enjoy eating including the Fortune Udon Soup Noodles that I find PERFECT for making soup on a cold day with!

Every year I look forward to making Christmas cookies! I love to make a variety of cookies and put them in cute Christmas containers to give to my family and friends! Every year I usually make chocolate chip cookies and those yummy peanut butter blossoms. I then try to make a couple new cookies that I haven’t tried before.
