With the Shop Your Way Mobile App you contact an associate directly that will respond with answers to your service or product questions. This service is available in more than 400 Sears stores nationwide.
To use this service you must sign in to your Shop Your Way account using the mobile app or going to the shopyourway.com website. Next you will do the following:
- Sign in to your Shop Your Way account via shopyourway.com or the mobile app
- Choose the Member Assist app
- Select your local store
- Choose the store department
- Choose your store associate
- Text/Message/Request a call from your store associate
- Store associate will respond to your inquiry
