Last year around Christmas time, I tried Peppermint Bark for the first time. A friend gave me a jar of Peppermint Bark to me as a gift and I was hooked. About a week later, I had to make my own. With how good this stuff tastes, I am glad that Christmas only comes once a year (or at least my waist is glad).
Yesterday, I received a container of Chocolate Peppermint Bark from NutsOnline to review. I did NOT hesitate to open that baby up and take a bite, or two. It had been since last December since I had any of this stuff and there was no way I was waiting. I was even nice and shared some with the hubby. I won’t share with the kids because they have enough of their own candy right now. This treat was for mom and dad only….
From the NutsOnline website….
This is one pure delicious treat that will bring back so many memories. Dark and white chocolate bark swirled with crushed peppermint candy cane. One bite of this minty chocolate goodness will put a huge smile on your face.
This stuff definitely put a smile on my face. I LOVE the dark chocolate that is used in this stuff, YUMMY! When you make your own, the quality of the chocolate is going to effect how your bark tastes. I give the chocolate in this peppermint bark my two thumbs up!
At NutsOnline, you can buy their Chocolate Peppermint Bark in 8oz containers for only $6.99. Since not everyone has time to make their own, I am glad there are places that I can buy it already pre-made. These containers would make GREAT gifts for many this year. Put a bow on the top and you are good to go! NutsOnline also have a HUGE variety of other yummy snacks and goodies too. Last year I got to try their trail mix that is super good (read my past review here). If you have never tried dried strawberries, you have to try those too!
