I am always looking for new meals to cook for my family. I LOVE to cook, so finding and creating new recipes is something I really enjoy. My favorite time to cook is during the Fall and Summer months, when turning on my oven and baking all day doesn’t heat up my house a whole lot.
I like to eat fish, but I can’t say that I cook or bake fish that often. Instead of cooking fresh fish, I normally buy frozen fish that I can throw in the oven that has directions on the box. I recently came up with an idea for a snack wrap using the SeakPak Popcorn Fish.

Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla – soft taco size
- 1 TBS cream cheese
- 1 TBS salsa
- 3 – 4 pieces SeakPak Popcorn Fish – baked
- Shredded cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Tomatoes – diced
Instructions:
- Lay a tortilla on a plate and spread on the cream cheese.
- Next add salsa, cheese, popcorn fish, tomatoes and lettuce.
- Fold ends and create wrap.
- Enjoy!
