The Avengers” is based on the popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” that was first published in 1963. This movie stars with Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson, and directed by Joss Whedon. From watching the trailer, it looks like it is going to be a movie that is full of action and special effects. This movie is scheduled to be released in the US on May 4, 2012.
