Santé Fe Tilapia Wraps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 small tortillas
  • 1 package of Chicken Of The Sea Tilapia Select Fillets with Santa Fe sauce
  • 1/2 cup white rice
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet add the Chicken Of the Sea Tilapia Select Fillets and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes. With spatula flip fillets over and break into smaller pieces.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of white rice and cook on low for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. On a tortilla add 1/3 of tilapia and rice mixture. Add 1/2 of beans and 3 slices of avocado. Fold bottom of tortilla up and then fold sides over to create a wrap. Do same thing with remaining tortillas.
  4. Serve immediately. Makes 2 small wraps.
